2008: Helped Brentwood Academy to Division II semifinals and 8-5 record, contributing 35 tackles and five QB sacks as a defensive lineman and 10 receptions for 105 yards and 1 TD as a tight end... Named to Nashville Tennessean's "All-Dream Team" and All-State by state sports writers.
2007: McHaney made 42 tackles and 12 sacks on defense. He added 10 receptions and one touchdown from the tight end position.
