Playing on the new artificial surface at Carson-Newman, Maryville outscored the Indians 20-14. Playing in a normal game format, Maryville took a 17-0 halftime lead after scoring on a 19 yard TD pass on their first possession and with a 47 yard TD pass their 3rd time on offense.
