Logan Massengale reported, "I received an offer from Western Kentucky." He said, "I like how they completely redone the football program. They've added onto the stadium to make it a 55,000 seat stadium. They brought the program from where they were a mediocre program to now being a program on the rise."
Another aspect of Western Kentucky he enjoys is their coaching staff. Massengale explained, "I love the coaching staff. They don't yell and scream at you. They are there to make you better. They can get on a relationship level with you. They can help you with your academics and family matters as well."
Massengale continued his series of camps and visits with a stop at Tennessee. He said of his performance, "I feel like I did well. I got beat once in the one on one drills. I got beat for the first time in three camps, but I've got some work. The coaches said I have some really great footwork and some good speed."
He commented, "They said I was an athlete that they will keep an eye on. They said I have improved a lot. They said if I continue on the pace that I'm going during the season when they watch that I could be a potential scholarship athlete."
There is still a busy schedule left for Massengale. He explained, "I have one more camp in July at Vanderbilt. I'm going to make at least two visits during the school year. I'm going to Michigan since I'm not going to make it to their camp and I'm supposed to be coming back to Tennessee and watching a game there."
