Nathan Jolley said, "I talked to coach Clawson after the camp was over. He said I was one of the top three quarterbacks there out of fifteen or so. He said they've already offered a quarterback. He said he would give me a preferred walk on status as of now. He said if the quarterbacks don't except those offers that could change and he could offer me then. He also said I was definitely a division one player and he would be telling some other coaches about me too."
He explained, "I don't have any offers right now. Right now Tennessee, Memphis, Arkansas State, Duke, and Louisiana Tech are recruiting heavily." Expect to see Jolley make some more visits this summer. He said, "I'm going to Memphis on Tuesday and Duke next Saturday."
For many prospects like Jolley they are in a holding pattern with major schools. Jolley reported of his performance at the Tennessee Senior Day, "Coach Clawson told me he really liked my quick feet and my speed. He said I was one of the fastest quarterbacks there. He also thought I threw well today."
Jolley said of receiving a Tennessee offer, "If they offered they would definitely be one of my top choices."
