Fourteen Midstate high school football teams remain unbeaten as the midway point of the season approaches. | ||||

That elite group includes a pair of Metro programs: Maplewood (4-0) and Hillsboro (4-0). Neither is a huge surprise. Each team is putting up gaudy statistics, averaging 40-plus points a game.
